Crozer-Keystone Health System boasts two state-certified Intensive Care Nurseries:
Crozer’s Level III ICN holds the second-highest level of certification in Pennsylvania and is the only Level III nursery in Delaware County. The ICN is fully equipped to care for virtually all high-risk infants. Surrounding hospitals do not have these advanced qualifications.
Parents' Visiting Hours
We welcome parents at most times of the day or night. Parents whose infants are in DCMH’s NICU or Crozer’s ICN can visit their babies 24 hours a day. Parents are encouraged to discuss all aspects of their infant’s care with the neonatologists and neonatal nurses. In addition, our neonatal team provides parents with step-by-step training in the ongoing care of their babies.
Once the family is at home, our staff remains available to answer any questions that may arise. In addition, we provide a home visiting nurse service to help parents transition their baby from the NICU/ICN to home.
