CKHS is Offering a Sleep Disorders Education and Support Group, to be held from 6-7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every other month, starting January 5, 2010 in the First Floor Conference Room at Springfield Hospital. Additional meetings will be held on March 2, May 4, July 6, Spetember 7 and November 2. If you think you have a sleep disorder or have already been diagnosed, plan to attend this support group. Participants will share positive and negative experiences, new ideas, and support with others who are experiencing similar symptoms. More>
