Healthy Inspirations is a total weight loss, lifestyle program consisting of four essential components. The combination of nutrition, exercise, coaching and relaxation makes Healthy Inspirations different from any other program.

 

Healthy Inspirations takes place in a separate area located on the main level of the Healthplexâ Sports Club. Although this program is not included as part of a regular Club membership, members are welcome to enhance their membership by joining this program at a reduced rate. Healthy Inspirations memberships are also available for those who are not members of the Club. You will receive personalized attention to ensure that your individual needs are met.

 

The four basic components of the program are: 

  • Nutritional Needs 
  • Exercise
  • Relaxation
  • Coaching
