Our New Parent Network gives you the chance to get out of the house with your new baby and interact with other new parents. This four-week program focuses on caring, sharing and networking with other new parents while learning parenting techniques, how to deal with well-meaning family and friends, infant play and massage techniques, resuming sexual relations, nutrition and shape-up exercises with your baby.
