The Wellness Programs, offered by the Healthplex® Sports Club, are available to individuals who have either graduated from therapy or who could benefit from a supervised exercise proram in a group setting. Along with a Healthplex fitness coach and the appropriate health care professionals, participants set goals for their individualized program through group activities in an effort to maximize function and promote overall fitness. The Wellness Programs provide a final step for individuals returning to an independent exercise program.
