Healthplexâ  Sports Club to Host Free Kids Karnival, Filled with Information, Entertainment - and Fun!

SPRINGFIELD  The Healthplexâ Sports Club invites the community to a free “Kids Karnival” on Friday, Oct. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the club, which is located at 194 W. Sproul Rd. in Springfield (next to Springfield Hospital).

 

At this regular event, formerly known as “Family Fun Day,” parents can learn more about the many programs the Healthplexâ offers to help keep kids healthy and happy, including fitness programs, tennis and swimming classes, and parties. Kids can enjoy a range of diversions, including: 

  • A moonbounce
  • Face painting
  • Obstacle course
  • Basketball, tennis, tumbling and more
  • Interactive cheerleading and karate demonstrations
  • Refreshments

Raffles for free Healthplexâ services will be held for attendees, and refreshments will be served. Attendees will also be eligible for special discounts on children’s classes and programs. In addition, if attendees of the event register themselves or their family for HealthplexÒ memberships during the event, they will receive a 50 percent discount off of the club’s initiation fee.
