SPRINGFIELD, Pa. – It was nearly standing room only at Springfield Hospital’s Café Carl on Tuesday, July 18, as more than 75 local residents turned out for “Oh, My Aching Feet,” a special Dining at Dusk presentation by Jeffrey Lehrman, D.P.M., a podiatrist at Springfield Hospital.
During his presentation, Dr. Lehrman discussed some of the common causes of foot pain, such as bone spurs, plantar fasciitis, bunions and more. He also offered practical home treatment advice and warning signs that professional treatment is needed.
Dr. Lehrman’s lecture was one in a series of “Dining at Dusk” presentations, which take place on a regular basis at the hospitals of the Crozer-Keystone Health System.
