Local Residents Learn 'All About Aging' During Special Physician Lecture at Brinton Lake

Stanley Savinese, D.O., CKHS family practice specialist and medical director of the Crozer-Chester Medical Center Home Care department, speaks with those in attendance at his recent lecture, “All About Aging,” at Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake.

GLEN MILLS, Pa. – Stanley Savinese, D.O., a family practice physician with an office in the Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, Glen Mills, discussed healthy aging and common medical conditions affecting older people during “All About Aging,” a special lecture held at the Brinton Lake facility on Wednesday, May 17, 2006.

During the event, Dr. Savinese, who also serves as medical director of the Crozer-Chester Medical Center Home Care department, taught those in attendance about the aging process and addressed medical conditions brought on by the normal aging process. He also offered tips on living a healthy lifestyle, preventing illness, and recognizing signs and symptoms of disease.

Dr. Savinese’s presentation was part of the Physician Lecture Series, presented by the Senior Health Services department of Crozer-Keystone Health System. Next month’s presentation, “Digital Mammography: A New Technology in Breast Health,” featuring Lisa Collazzo, M.D., director of Women’s Imaging at Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, will take place at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 8.
