Drexel Hill, PA – Dozens of people came out to hear Richard Levenberg, M.D., orthopedic surgeon with the Crozer-Keystone Human Motion Institute at Delaware County Memorial Hospital, speak about vertebral (spinal) compression fractures. The presentation was held at the Marple Public Library in Broomall.
Dr. Levenberg explained what causes spinal compression fractures, signs and symptoms, and how a treatment option called balloon kyphoplasty can help decrease pain and get sufferers back to life as usual.
