SPRINGFIELD (Aug. 2006) – In recognition of national Prostate Health Month, Crozer-Keystone Health System Hospitals will offer free prostate screenings in September (and one in October). The screenings are sponsored by the Fox Chase Crozer-Keystone Cancer Partnership.
Screenings are available for men who are over 50 years old (40 years old if they are African American or have a family history of prostate cancer). Participants should not be under the care of an urologist, been treated for prostate cancer, or have had a PSA test within the last year. The PSA test will be offered.
Free prostate screenings will be held at the following locations:
