FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 2007

UPLAND – The Crozer-Chester Medical Center Hospice Program invites local residents to attend the medical center’s Memory Tree Dedication and Service in memory of a loved one this holiday season. The event will take place on Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the James E. Clark Center Auditorium at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, One Medical  Center Boulevard, Upland. A reception with refreshments will also be held before the event beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Clark Center lobby.

This annual event will include inspirational readings as well as musical performances. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase an ornament to place on the “Memory Tree” in remembrance of a loved one. All donations made at the event, no matter how large or small, will benefit Crozer Hospice patients.

Hospice care is a special kind of care designed to provide compassion and support for people in the final phase of a terminal illness. The Crozer Hospice Program supports patients and their families 24 hours a day, seven days a week

For more information about the event, to make a donation or purchase an ornament for the Memory Tree, contact Leslie Eames at (610) 447-2158 or leslie.eames@crozer.org. Donations and order forms must be received by Dec. 3 to be acknowledged in the Memory Tree program. Donations will be accepted after that date and at the event.
