MEDIA, Pa. – Local residents learned how to make the most of their golden years during “Tips for Successful Aging,” a special Dining at Dusk presentation at Crozer-Keystone Health System’s Media Medical Plaza.
During the presentation, William Zirker, M.D., chief of the Division of Geriatrics at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, explained how seniors can prevent disease and remain in optimal health as they age. The event also featured free dinners, bone density evaluations and blood pressure screenings for participants.
Dr. Zirker’s lecture was one in a series of “Dining at Dusk” presentations, which take place on a regular basis at the hospitals of the Crozer-Keystone Health System, Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, and Media Medical Plaza. Next month, join Jose Maceda, M.D., chief of the Division of Urogynecology at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, for “Female Bladder Problems: New Options for an Old Issue,” on Thursday, Jan. 11, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Media Medical Plaza.
