Crozer-Keystone Health System Hospitals to
Offer Free Prostate Screenings

In recognition of national Prostate Health Month, Crozer-Keystone Health System will offer free prostate screenings in September.

 

Screenings are available for men who are over 50 years old (40 years old if they are African American or have a family history of prostate cancer). Participants should not be under the care of an urologist, been treated for prostate cancer, or have had a PSA test within the last year. The PSA test will be offered.

 

Free prostate screenings will be held at the following locations:

 

Sept. 9, 5 to 7 p.m.

Delaware County Memorial Hospital                    

Delaware County Regional Cancer Center  

501 N. Lansdowne Ave., Drexel Hill

Sept. 10 and Sept. 11, 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Crozer Regional Cancer Center
Crozer-Chester Medical Center

One Medical Center Blvd., Upland

 

Sept. 23, 5 to 7 p.m.

Springfield Hospital

Pavilion I, Suite 210

196 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield                          

 

Sept. 24 and Sept. 25, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Taylor Hospital

Short Procedure Unit

175 E. Chester Pike, Ridley Park

 

Appointments are necessary for all screenings. Space is limited. Call 1-800-CK-HEALTH (1-800-254-3258) to register.
