DCMH to Host Annual Diabetes Day 11/12

DREXEL HILL, Pa.—Each year in November, Delaware County Memorial Hospital holds a signature event in honor of National Diabetes Month. Join us this year for our annual “Diabetes Day” on Wednesday, November 12. Free cholesterol/glucose screenings will be held from 8:30-10 a.m. in Meeting Room C and a health fair, located in the first floor hallway outside of the Cafeteria, will be held from 9 a.m. – noon.

 

This event will offer free blood pressure and osteoporosis screenings as well as informational tables on nutrition, exercise, diabetes, cancer prevention, Senior Health Services, tobacco prevention and more. Free snacks and giveaways will also be provided! For more information or to register for the event, please call (610) 284-8158.
