SPRINGFIELD – Whether you’re a serious athlete, weekend warrior or just someone who wants to learn more about exercise and how to stay injury-free, you can benefit from a free, interactive “Active Lifestyle Clinic” on Saturday, May 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Healthplex Sports Club, 194 W. Sproul Rd. in Springfield.
Crozer-Keystone orthopaedic, sports medicine, fitness and rehabilitation professionals will be available to answer your questions and provide you with helpful information. As a bonus, you can also receive a free day pass to the Healthplex Sports Club beginning at 9 a.m. Bring your workout clothes and give the club’s outstanding facilities a test drive.
