Springfield, Pa. – Crozer-Keystone Village is proud to announce that Mingis, Gutowski & Company, LLP, a full-service certified public accounting firm, has become its newest Founding Partner. Mingis, Gutowski joins existing CK Village Founding Partners COSA (County Office of Services for the Aging), Edward Jones Investments, Home Helpers of Eastern Delaware County and Widener University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
Mingis, Gutowski was established in 1975 with offices in Swarthmore, Penna. MG&Co. performs audit, accounting, tax and management advisory services for its diverse client base, including individuals, government, not-for-profit, manufacturing, distribution, retail, transportation, construction, medical services and legal services. They also have the ability to perform various other consulting services—including compliance attestation, the development of accounting policies and procedures, the preparation of functional position descriptions, the evaluation of systems and procedures, the performance of fraud audits, assisting with acquisitions and divestitures, evaluating the tax and financial consequences of specific transactions, performing business planning, preparing financial forecasts, conducting personnel searches and providing internal audit assistance.
Crozer-Keystone Village is a fee-based program created to help people age 50 and over access reliable, high-quality resources to meet their health care needs as well as many other personal daily living needs. Membership in CK Village costs $49.95 per month and includes the primary member plus their aging parents and/or a disabled, dependent adult child who live within Delaware County and Southeastern Chester County. Members do not need to reside in the same household. A Village Navigator coordinates all needed services on behalf of its members. Many of these services are offered at a discount.
Founding Partners are those individuals or companies who share the mission and vision of the Crozer-Keystone Village. They believe that today’s active adults and their parents want to “age in place” in their homes and communities. Founding Partners are actively involved in the CK Village program development and are visible to CK Village members via referrals. They also enjoy prominence on the CK Village marketing initiatives.
