Building Bridges – This session provides a definition of diversity and addresses stereotypes and assumptions.  It is interactive with the audience, and includes an exercise on stereotypes and a quiz on assumptions that are made regarding various ethnic groups.  A short video is shown that demonstrates how to use an interpreter effectively in a healthcare setting.  There is a presentation fee for non CKHS entities.  Contact: Angela Dalton, Project Coordinator, Cultural Connections Collaborative, DCMH/CKHS, 610-447-6003 or email at angela.dalton@crozer.org
