“Heart to Heart” Ever wondered how to be a good friend to someone experiencing loss? If so, it is important to remember that you are not alone. We all face change and loss at various stages of life. By building a personal support network through friends and community, you can learn to effectively cope with loses as well as be a good friend to someone experiencing loss.  THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT GROUP. We are gathered to nurture our strengths and learn practical ways to prepare for loss.
