Healthy Living: The Magic of Healthy Living – A dissertation on the positive methods and advantages of creating healthy habits (through the use of balloon animals and magic). The key elements of the program focus on being mindful of the decisions we make on a daily basis and how those decisions can influence the very breath we take and increase the chance for a healthy future. By using magic and balloon sculpting, the message to be mindful of and treat one’s body well, is easier to communicate to children and young adults.
