Last Chance to Sign Up for Our "Spring Fling"
Crozer-Keystone will offer a "Spring Fling" event for women of all ages on Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Springfield Country Club in Springfield. Lectures on a range of topics, including cancer prevention, female pelvic floor disorders, menopause, pregnancy, stress management and more; Q & A session with physicians; free continental breakfast; informational tables and giveaways from CKHS and Babies ‘R Us (Springfield store). Services for Pregnant and Postpartum Women
Did you know that Crozer-Keystone offers classes for women with gestational diabetes? And, if you want to exercise while pregnant or after delivery, our Moms in Motion program is a great way to stay fit while pregnant and after baby arrives. Finally, our Home Care department provides in-home nursing visits to new parents and their babies within a few days of discharge from the hospital. More>>

Childbirth Education Classes at Crozer-Keystone Health System
The key to good health that lasts a lifetime begins even before your baby is born. Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Delaware County Memorial Hospital offer a variety of fee-based maternal/child health education classes to help families prepare for the birth and care of an infant. Find classes available at each site for May and June.
