Crozer-Keystone Is Proud to Be Smoke-Free: July 4, 2008 As a health system, Crozer-Keystone has a vital interest in maintaining a healthy, safe, and hazard-free environment for our employees, patients, visitors and physicians. We’re pleased to announce that Crozer-Keystone will become completely smoke-free on July 4th and all tobacco use will be prohibited on all of our campuses. At Crozer-Keystone, Healthy Eating Is Just A Click Away At Crozer-Keystone Health System, healthy eating is now a click away, thanks to The Health eCooking Show™, a new nationally renowned series of web cooking videos and recipes on the CKHS website, www.crozer.org. The Health eCooking Show™ videos demonstrate how to make your favorite recipes healthier - using less fat and sodium - without sacrificing taste.
The first slate of videos includes recipes for a healthier Chicken Casserole, Asparagus Frittata, Blueberry Peach Crisp, Deviled Eggs and Baked Crab Rangoon. The step by step instructions show you how to prepare tasty dishes using ingredients available at local grocery stores. Simply use your computer mouse to stop, repeat, raise the volume or print the recipe. Each episode is about three minutes long.
Also featured on the site are hundreds of recipes designed for diabetics and hearty-healthy meals or dishes with a healthy twist on traditional recipes.
