The Crozer-Keystone Health System teams who finished first in the three categories of measurement in the recent Shape Up Delaware County weight loss and wellness initiative were recognized for their efforts. The teams not only had the best Crozer-Keystone scores, but they were also tops among teams in the county.
The “Cookie Monsters” team, with members based at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, had the best “accumulated activity without conversion” with more than 3,500 hours of physical activity for the team.
The “Stackers” team, with members based at Springfield Hospital, had the best “accumulated activity with conversion” (using a conversion factor that reflects the level of intensity of the activity) with over 6,000 hours of physical activity for the team.
The “Fast Tracks” team, with members based at Taylor Hospital, had the most weight loss with a total team weight loss of 150 pounds.
