Sometimes, parents and caregivers are unsure or unaware of the proper steps that are necessary to ensure a healthy lifestyle for their children. The Children’s Health Connection Reminder Program, presented by Crozer-Keystone Health System, is a free program that addresses this concern.
The Children’s Health Connection Reminder Program helps keep parents and caregivers up to date with good health, safety, nutrition and well-being information needed at important stages in the development of infants, toddlers, school-age children and adolescents. Any child born at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Delaware County Memorial Hospital automatically qualifies to participate in The Children's Health Connection Reminder Program.
Participants receive free reminder post cards providing information to help keep children healthy, covering: childhood immunizations, growth and development, nutrition, good health and children's safety information for children starting from newborn to 18 years old.
