Community Council Mission Statement

Dedicated to building relationships that promote a community
where all youth are treasured and families strengthened.

The Community Council is open to all Chester residents who are interested in creating opportunities for youth in the city of Chester. The council meets monthly at locations around the city to:

Provide adult perspective regarding youth & adult issues in the community.
Provide and participate in trainings related to positive youth development and leadership in the community.
Work side by side with the Youth Council on trainings, activities, and civic engagement.
Plan activities to promote the work of the collaborative in the community.
