Youth Achievements - 2006 Chester High School Graduates

Delaware State University welcomes Shontaye Adams (TAP), and Chardae Davis (Peer Leader Program) who will study communications.

 

Cheyney University new students include Sherlotti Dale (TAP), Cierra Wallace (TAP), Iris Brhim (Peer Leader Program), who will study English education, Cephus Richardson (TAP; Peer Leader Program), who will study political science and music, Maici Walker (Peer Leader Program) who will study nursing, and Mia Walker (Peer Leader Program) who will study business and fashion design.

 

Accepted as Widener University students are Tiffany Moore (TAP), Esthermary Martinez (TAP; Peer Leader Program) and Se’Errah Robinson (TAP).

 

Fayetteville State University welcomes Mahogonee Alston (TAP).

 

Indiana University of Pennsylvania has accepted Shannon Green (TAP).

 

Pennsylvania Institute of Technology (PIT) attendees include Falon Freeman (ESNC; Peer Leader Program) and Crystal Fryson (Peer Leader Program) who will both be majoring in business administration.

 

Neumann College freshmen are Karen McCrae (Majestic Drill Team & Flex Squad), who will major in pre-law, and Gary Richardson (CYC Youth Council; Peer Leader Program), who will study computer information.

 

Hampton University incoming freshmen include Rodney Bost (CYC Youth Council; Peer Leader Program) who will study business administration.

 

Howard University freshman Jackie Bell (Peer Leader Program) will major in communications. 

 

Morgan State University has accepted Brydaisha White (TAP; Peer Leader Program) as a communications major.

 

Delaware County Community College (DCCC) awaits the arrival of Antwon Lane (CYC Youth Council), as well as Shanira Hardy (Peer Leader Program), Amber Stokes (Peer Leader Program), and Quanisha Swiggett (Peer Leader Program) who are nursing majors.

 

Bloomsburg University will add Melinda Lindor (Peer Leader Program) to the future nurses of our city.

 

Temple University welcomes Larif Hamm (Majestic Drill Team & Flex Squad; Peer Leader Program; 2006 Chester High School class valedictorian) who will major in the field of business, while Terrisha Irving (Peer Leader Program) will study human resources.

 

Venus Beauty Academy has accepted Tiffany Brison (TAP; Peer Leader Program) as a 2006 cosmetology student while Crozer Radiology School welcomes Tiffani Townsend  (Peer Leader Program).

Lincoln University incoming freshman Tiffanie Mack (Peer Leader Program) will study business management.

Lamont Santana (MajesticDrill Team & Flex Squad) is also part of the 2006 class of graduates, but has not yet decided on his future goals.

Lastly, we would like to give special recognition to Margaret McKinney (Chester Youth Build) who is being honored for her commitment to continue her education, be an active citizen in her community while being an attentive mother to her four-year-old daughter, Demiree. Margaret’s future goal is to be a nurse like her mother and aunt.

Congratulations to all of our achievers and special thanks for making our community outstanding.
