The Chester PAL Program provides after school programs, special sporting events, education programs and mentoring programs for youth between the ages of 8 and 18.
We implement locally based prevention strategies that are designed to prevent and/or reduce juvenile crime by providing the youth of Chester with structured recreation, cultural, and educational activities in a supervised safe and gang free environment.
Chester PAL provides youth development activities for the aforementioned age group in various setting in the city of Chester. In the past nine years, our program has reached out to over 4000 adolescents through our in-school, after-school, and/or summer program. Youth activities
include Dance, All Pro Dad and Male Responsibility Mentoring, Art, Battle of the Bands College Tour, John Mobley / Kevin Jones Football Camp, Soap Box Derby Race, Music and Entertainment, Media and Communication, Jr. Olympic Skills Competition, and educational/recreational field trips.
