The Wellness Center

The Wellness Center at the Smedley Middle School, the first and only school-based health center in Delaware County, was created in 1995 through a partnership between Crozer-Chester Medical Center and the Chester-Upland School District.

The Wellness Center offers the services of the Chester Youth Collaborative, Medical Services to the youth of the community, as well as Youth Development Programs. For more information on each program, click on the links to your right.
