Chester Youth Collaborative's Website

As our mission states, the Chester Youth Collaborative is dedicated to a strong Chester community in which all youth reach their full potential and transition successfully to adulthood. This vision is achieved through the fostering of a neighborhood-based youth development network that enhances the quality of opportunities for young people, between the ages of 12 to 22, in the city of Chester.

We created this website to communicate the goals, desires and achievements of Chester youth to the community, as well as give the youth of Chester their own forum as a means of reaching out to
fellow youth through the Youth Council website.
