Each month, Crozer-Keystone hosts a wide variety of community health events. For your convenience, we have listed upcoming community events with links to flyers about the events. Feel free to click on the links, print the flyers (in PDF format), and post them-on your refrigerators, at your church or synagogue or share them with your friends-then attend these interesting and helpful FREE lectures-and bring a friend!

May Is Stroke Awareness Month
Join us for these upcoming events at Crozer-Keystone Health System hospitals:

  • Friday, May 9, 8-11 a.m., "Stroke Day," Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Clark Center, includes stroke risk assessments, glucose and cholesterol screenings (8-10 a.m. only, fasting required, nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before).
  • Tuesday, May 20, 10 a.m.-noon, Stroke Risk Assessments, Taylor Hospital, Classrooms A & B
  • Wednesday, May 21, 1-3 p.m., Stroke Risk Assessments, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Regional Cancer Center.

Thursday, May 8, 5:30 p .m., "New Innovations in Hip and Knee Surgery," featuring Stuart Gordon, M.D., chief of the section of Orthopedic Surgery at Taylor Hospital, to be held at Ridley Township Municipal Library, 100 E. Join us for these events at Crozer-Keystone Health System hospitals:

  • Thursday, May 15, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Springfield Hospital, Audiology Department (ground floor)
  • Tuesday, May 20, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Audiology Department (ground floor)
  • Wednesday, May 28, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Audiology Department (ground floor).
