Recognizing the importance of financial protection in the event of illness, injury, or even death, Choices includes basic life and accidental death, and business travel coverage. Eligible employees can also purchase optional term and whole life, accidental death, critical illness, and long term care coverage. Choices includes long term disability benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees may purchase coverage). Eligible employees may select an optional long term disability benefit enhancement and short term disability to round out your benefit package.
