The Healthplex® Sports Club offers a range of aquatic classes for participants of all ages. Our classes range from high-intensity cardiovascular workouts to strength and conditioning classes to relaxation classes.
Water exercise is great for overall toning as well as increased flexibility and energy. The natural resistance of water adds another dimension to health by lowering resting pulse and blood pressure and improving balance.
All aquatic instructors are certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association or a nationally recognized organization. Instructors are also certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
