Individual and Small Group Private Basketball Instruction
The club offers several clinics to help children learn the game of basketball as well as improve their skills in a fun and positive environment.

Kidz Fitness Series
This introduction to movement fundamentals is for children ages 6-12. These classes will build strong muscles and bones, self-confidence and self-acceptance. Learn to deal with stress and increase flexibility with Kidz Yoga. Incorporate cardiovascular fitness and resistance training with Total Body Kidz. “Recess!” is a schoolyard-inspired workout that brings a sense of play to total body conditioning. Sessions run throughout the school year.
