SPRINGFIELD, Pa. – Walkers, runners and cyclists of all ages and skill levels are invited to the second annual Run/Walk/Cycling Clinic at the Healthplex Sports Club, 194 W. Sproul Rd. in Springfield, on Saturday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to noon. The free, interactive event is sponsored by the Crozer-Keystone Human Motion Institute, which encompasses Crozer-Keystone Health System’s orthopedic, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation and spine care services.
Crozer-Keystone physicians and professionals will help attendees improve their performance and learn more about how to avoid and recover from common injuries.
