There is no cost to participate in the Delco Race Series, and everyone is eligible. All you have to do is complete a registration form. Race leaders will be tracked on the Healthplex website, which will be updated after each race.

Points will be awarded to each runner based on their finish in each race compared with other Race Series participants. Runners will accumulate points in each Race Series event they participate in. The runners with the top point totals in each category will win prizes following the last event. 

Categories include the following (ages based on age of first race, Sept. 30, 2006): 

• Top male and female, overall
• Top male and female, under 20
• Top male and female, 20-29
• Top male and female, 30-39
• Top male and female, 40-49
• Top male and female, 50-59
• Top male and female, over 60

Medals and gift certificates to Healthplex^® Sports Club services will be awarded to category winners at the end of each race.

At the end of the race series, the top male and female will receive $300 each and a 6-month membership to the Healthplex^®. Category winners will receive $50 each and a 1-month membership to the Healthplex^®.

Note: The prizes for the Delco Race Series are separate from the prizes for the actual race events.
