Healthplex® Sports Club trainers encompass a range of backgrounds and specific interests, but all have degrees and experience in their field.

  

Beth McNeely

American Council on Exercise, Certified Group Fitness Instructor

American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Health and Fitness Instructor

National Qualifier for Miss Fitness USA in both Pennsylvania and Maryland

 

Beth has a love for creativity and competition. She enjoys working with women of all fitness levels, especially pre- and post-natal.

 

Betty Levengood

 

Bachelor’s of Science, Villanova University
National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Personal Trainer

16+ years experience in the fitness industry

 

Betty has a diverse client base of men and women, working primarily with adults who need the benefits of an effective strength and flexibility training program as well as a varied cardiovascular routine.
