The Healthplex® Sports Club has recognized the need for high quality, professional personal training, wellness, group fitness, and fitness instruction in the Delaware County area.

 

Our mission is to become the leader in the fitness industry by utilizing innovative instruction with the highest level of personal attention by motivating, educating, and inspiring our clientele to achieve their full potential in physical health and well-being.

 

The Fitness Department team at the Healthplex® Sports Club is committed to servicing all of our clients, while holding ourselves to the highest standards of integrity. We will strive to meet our members’ needs and goals of an overall fitness lifestyle.

 

Personal Training

The Healthplex® Sports Club Personal Training Department has some the most well-educated and highly certified trainers in the Delaware Valley. We offer individual, team and small group personal training sessions to meet the needs of our members and non-members alike.

 

Our trainers have expertise in all areas of health and fitness, including:

  • Cardiovascular training
  • Strength training
  • Flexibility training
  • Injury prevention
  • Sports performance training
  • Functional training
  • Muscular endurance training
  • Lifestyle and weight management
  • Body sculpting

Trainers are required to be certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, or the American College of Sports Medicine and have passed an extensive in-house certification process.
