The HealthplexÒ introduces the Sports Performance Training Program, which utilizes the superior training and education of the HealthplexÒ trainers to specifically assist in increasing the individual performance of athletes on the court, field or track.
All club personal trainers have four-year degrees in a related health and fitness field and hold at least one national certification. Numerous trainers have master’s degrees and multiple certifications.
Using their extensive experience in specified areas, five trainers – Jeremy Allen, Michelle Halligan, Joe Nine, Kristin Talarovich and John Verlinghieri will incorporate all of the latest training techniques using plyometrics, speed training, strength training, and interval workouts to develop an athletic conditioning program that caters to each athlete’s needs. Each trainer brings a different set of skills to the club:
