Sports Performance Training Program
The main goal of our Sports Performance Training Program is to improve the way an athlete moves to improve game-day performance and reduce injuries. Whether off-season or in-season, our program will teach efficient movement and proper training of the nervous system that will improve an athlete’s mobility, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance and skill.


An experienced personal trainer will direct the training using a hands-on, personalized approach that incorporates the latest training methods, facilities and technologies. We are also one of the only facilities in the area to offer Dartfish, which may be the most advanced sports performance training video technology available today. 


We also work closely with Crozer-Keystone professionals, including sports medicine physicians and therapists, when needed.

 

Costs

Our personal training fees vary depending on the package being purchased. We offer competitive rates and monthly specials. Packages range from three sessions (introductory to training) to 25 sessions with each session lasting 1 hour. Non-member rates are also available. We also offer buddy packages, group training (3 or more) and half-hour sessions.
