Healthplex® Sports Club trainers encompass a range of backgrounds and specific interests, but all have degrees and experience in their field.

  

Erin Maitland **

Wellness Coordinator at the Healthplex® Sports Club

American Aerobic Association International, Certified Aquatic Instructor

 

Erin chose personal training because she believes that a person’s life could be enhanced by exercise.

Beth McNeely **

American Council on Exercise, Certified Group Fitness Instructor

American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Health and Fitness Instructor

National Qualifier for Miss Fitness USA in both Pennsylvania and Maryland

 

Beth has a love for creativity and competition. She enjoys working with women of all fitness levels, especially pre- and post-natal.

Betty has a diverse client base of men and women, working primarily with adults who need the benefits of an effective strength and flexibility training program as well as a varied cardiovascular routine.

Jess specializes in working with clients that have special needs. She has vast experience working with cardiac rehab clients and the senior population.

 

Justin Kalman *

Don’t let Justin’s reserved demeanor fool you, he has a great passion for health and fitness. He believes that a successful program includes exercises that are challenging and unique. Therefore, Justin develops programs that are individualized and specific to the client’s goals.

John Verlinghieri ***

John has an extensive background  in both fitness management and exercise testing. He has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over six years. He combines that experience with an unmatched enthusiasm in providing detailed, motivational, and effective training programs. John believes that every individual possesses the key to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Discipline, motivation, and proper instruction are the tools for reaching your health and fitness goals.

Kristin Talarovich **

Maria works with clients with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and body misalignment. Maria believes it is never too late to learn and change, for a healthier life.

Patrick develops therapeutic, as well as routine, exercise programs for diverse populations, including seniors, orthopedic patients and those with traumatic brain injuries.
