F.A.S.T. (Footwork, Agility and Speed Training) Program

 

Our F.A.S.T. - Footwork, Agility and Speed Training – program can help athletes get a competitive edge. The program is designed to enhance speed, strength, power and quickness. F.A.S.T. incorporates plyometrics, speed training, strength training and interval workouts for complete athletic conditioning. The program meets three days a week for approximately one hour and 15 minutes each session.

 

Seven-week sessions

 

Session I:    Sept. 10 - Oct. 27, 2007

Session II:   Oct. 29 - Dec. 15, 2007

Session III:  Jan. 7 - Feb. 23, 2008

Session IV:  Feb. 25 - Apr.12, 2008

Session V:   Apr.14 - May 31, 2008

 

Days and Times

 

1,2, or 3 times a week

Tuesdays 5:00 - 6:15 p.m.

Thursdays 5:00 - 6:15 p.m.

Saturdays 11:00 - 12:15 p.m.

 

Discounts

  • 15% off teams of 10 or more.
  • Get five people to sign-up at regular price and the sixth is free. Registration must be turned by one person and all be prepaid.
  • Discounts can not be combined.
  • No make-up days.
  • Fees are non-refundable.
