Access Center
The Access Center is the point of contact and entry into all of the services offered by the Institute for Behavioral Health. There are a wide variety of activities and services available to the individual contacting the center at 610-497-7223, including information on mental illness and substance abuse; services available through the Institute for Behavioral Health and other providers; details of other agencies and resources available for social/living support; and phone consultation regarding a clinical situation. There is a 24-hour crisis service for emergency psychiatric evaluations or substance abuse detoxification and telephone screening and referral are available. The Access Center staff consists of an highly experienced group of clinicians including physicians, nurses, social workers, and counselors.
