About Us
Comprehensive nutrition counseling and education are provided by registered dietitians in the Outpatient Nutrition Center at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The nutritionists work with a range of patients from throughout the community, offering flexible scheduling and programs designed to meet individual needs.
The nutritionists in the Outpatient Nutrition Center provide education that can help patients to set real goals, track their progress and make changes that are healthy. Additionally, they work to develop well-rounded nutrition plans that help motivate and maintain motivation for weight loss.
Our Services
Part of the Center’s services include reviewing current eating habits, encouraging exercise and paying special attention to what patients are able to do and want to do. The Outpatient Nutrition Center team also has experience with patients who are vegetarians or who want to learn more about living a vegetarian lifestyle. They can help these patients make the transition eating the right food to enhance their lifestyles.
