Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Center
 

Parkinson’s Disease knows few boundaries. It affects people regardless of their gender, race, ethnic background, or vocation.

 

A center dedicated to Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders provides the most current information on the disease, its treatment and care. It also provides patients with access to support groups specifically designed for Parkinson’s disease patients, their families and caregivers, and the opportunity to participate in clinical trials for the development and approval of new medications.

 

The Parkinson Disease and Movement Disorder Center at Crozer-Chester Medical Center provides comprehensive and individualized care within a supportive and home-like atmosphere. Affiliated with the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), Crozer’s Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center is one of the APDA’s officially recognized information and referral centers.

 

Patients are seen by appointment only, Monday through Friday. The handicapped accessible Center is located on the first floor of Lewis House on the Crozer-Chester Medical Center campus.
