Thomas Matulewski, M.D., a board-certified surgeon, is director of the Center for Breast Health, located at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Matulewski received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and also completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Matulewski completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Marge Franke, R.N., M.B.A., is a breast health navigator at DCMH, providing patients with education, support and resources to help them overcome barriers to get the health care they need. Marge has professional experience, including clinical research oversight in the support of cancer patients. A registered nurse for more than 30 years, Marge previously worked at the Gynecologic Oncology Group and the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a master's degree from Eastern University.
Deborah Markiewicz, M.D., is a breast radiation oncologist at DCMH who is board-certified in Radiation Oncology and specializes in the treatment of breast cancer. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School, and completed her residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kathy Rumer, D.O., is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon for Crozer-Keystone Health System. Dr. Rumer received her doctorate degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed her residency in General Surgery and her fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Rumer is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the Association of Women Surgeons, and the Daniel L. Wisely Surgical Association.
Dr. Rumer is currently the Director of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for Delaware Valley Aesthetics in Bala Cynwyd and is also the Assistant Program Director of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rumer is board-certified in Rhinoplasty from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Texas. She is also certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support from the American College of Surgeons and Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association.
