The Delaware County Regional Cancer Center at Delaware County Memorial Hospital offers a range of comprehensive services for its patients, some of which are not available at other hospitals.
Because a cancer diagnosis brings changes and challenges to everyday life, Crozer-Keystone Health System offers a special support group for women undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancers. The group includes discussions of the emotional aspects of a cancer diagnosis, offers support, and gives women the opportunity to share their experiences and express concerns. “Woman to Woman” is held monthly at the Crozer Regional Cancer Center on the first Tuesday of each month. Call 610-447-2646 for more information.
Delaware County Memorial Hospital also offers the unique Prevention and Risk of Cancer Assessment Program (PARCA), which assesses the cancer risk factors of individuals using personal and family history. The program also provides clients with education, risk reduction strategies, genetic counseling and testing, and more. Call 610-284-8182 for more information.
