Medic 106 was among the representatives from the Delco Fire & EMS community that attended the recent ground breaking ceremony in Rose Tree Park.

In October 2008, an area in Rose Tree Park will be dedicated to honor those firefighters who have fallen in the line of duty. The Delaware County Fallen Firefighters and EMS Memorial invite you to be part of a special limited commemorative opportunity. You are invited to purchase a brick in memory of a Firefighter, a loved one, a veteran, or for any special occasion. A distinctive and permanent location at the Memorial site will be dedicated to incorporate your donated bricks. Your contribution will be an everlasting tribute to the community, those killed in the line-of-duty, and all volunteer Firefighters and EMS. The proceeds will help support the cost of the Memorial. This is a limited offering so reserve your brick now!! The bricks are 4" x 8" and cost $50.00 and will include an inscription that is limited to 20 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.
