Welcome to Taylor Hospital's EMS Website
Taylor Hospital Emergency Medical Services (Paramedic Unit) has been serving the community since 1981. Located in the south central area of Delaware County in southeast Pennsylvania, we primarily serve 9 municipalities and provide back up mutual aid to an additional 10 communities.
Medic 102 consists of three Advanced Life Support Unit (ALSU) aid-cars, and is partnered with Collingdale Fire Company #1, providing a paramedic to their two-man ambulance crew 24/7 . We have 17 full time-staff and 10 PRN staff members, all trained and certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advance Life Support (ALS), and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
