The Center for Diabetes offers comprehensive classes to help patients understand diabetes. The health care team works with you to teach them how to balance their care and provides a clear understanding of:

Eating healthy, including meal planning and carbohydrate counting

A series of morning, afternoon and evening classes are scheduled to meet your needs.

Insurance Information
As an American Diabetes Association (ADA) recognized hospital-based outpatient diabetes education program, the Center for Diabetes accepts most major insurance plans. Many class registration fees are also covered by insurance.
