The vestibular system, located in the inner ear, detects head motion and position to aid in maintaining balance and visual stability. When there is a problem with this system, individuals will report symptoms such as vertigo, dizziness, spinning, wooziness, imbalance, nausea, and motion sickness. Some individuals may may suffer from falls or may report having difficulty completing daily and leisure activities.
