FAQs

What is the Visitor Policy?

The dignity and privacy of our patients is important to us. Therefore, each patient is allowed to have one visitor, if the patient so desires and at the discretion of the staff.  There are times when a visitor may be asked to return to the waiting area while the patient or roommate receives treatment.

Where Can I Park?

Parking is available in the lot immediately in front of the Emergency Department for patients and visitors. Vouchers are available from the Emergency Registration Clerk. Once the patient is admitted to the hospital, visitors will need to use the parking garage.

How Do I Pick Up My X-Rays?

X-rays are available through the X-ray Department.  Please call (610) 328-8785 in advance to make picking up X-rays quicker and easier. When picking up X-rays, enter through the hospital's main entrance.

How Does the Billing Process Work?

Patients receive two bills. One is from the hospital for "facility" charges. The other is from the Emergency Department doctors. If there are questions regarding the hospital bill, contact Billing Services at (610) 490-7900. For questions about the doctor's bill, contact (800) 666-2455.
