Volunteers are a vital part of our hospital. They provide that extra dimension of service excellence to staff, patients, their families and visitors.

Volunteers help:

Volunteer Opportunities

Patient Services:

  • Deliver Newspapers
  • Deliver Mail and Flowers
  • Nursing Unit Assistant - fill water pitchers, freshen flowers, etc.
  • Patient Representative
  • Transporter

Customer Service:

  • Blood Pressure - for screenings and health fairs
  • Receptionist - in lobbies or service departments to assist visitors and patients
  • Sales Associate - in the hospital's Gift Shop

Support Services:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Secretarial

Educational and career exploration opportunities are available and can be discussed with the director of Volunteer Services.
